VILLA SETAYESH
Villa Setayesh is a three storey, 2,600 m² villa that had been left unused for more than four decades before the redesign. The brief was to bring the building back to life with a clear classical identity, closely aligned with French architecture and interior design. Instead of simply restoring the existing spaces, the project restructured the villa as a sequence of formal and semi formal rooms, where symmetry, axes and framed views define the main experience.
A carefully selected mix of genuine antique pieces and custom designed furniture gives the interior a distinctly European character without feeling like a museum. Cornices, wall panelling, flooring patterns and lighting were all detailed with the same level of attention, so that every junction supports the overall classical narrative. The result is a residence with a grand, almost palatial presence that both respects the history of the building and offers its residents a rare, highly personalised living environment.
